To Grammy and Poppy's House We Go...

After our camping trip Charlotte and I spent the week at my parent's house visiting with family and friends. We had a wonderful visit!!

Annual Camping Trip

Every fall we take a weekend camping trip with our good friends Rose and Jake. This year was no exception. I dropped Charlotte off with my parents and headed for a weekend with Tim in the great outdoors. We had a wonderful and relaxing time.

Trick or Treat

We had a wonderful time on Halloween. Our neighbors the Johnson's came over for dinner and then went trick-or-treating. As you can see from the pictures Charlotte was a little pink cat and her friend Alex was a dog...how appropriate. She wasn't sure what she thought about knocking on doors in the dark but she sure did love the candy!

Bermuda Bound

A couple weeks ago Tim and I went on a cruise to Bermuda. If you have never been to Bermuda we highly recommend it. We spent two days on the island and two days at sea. While on the island we used the bus and ferry system to get around. We visited St. George, Hamilton and spent a lot of time on their beautiful beaches. Here are a few pics from our fabulous week together. (In case you are wondering where Charlotte is...we didn't leave her on the ship...Tim's parents were nice enough to watch her for the week)

It's a...

We just found out baby #2 is a girl. Yay for more bows and cute clothes!!!

Down on the Farm

Last weekend our Life Group met at a local farm hosting an open house. They had hay rides, farm demonstrations and all kinds of animals for the kids to touch. It was a lot of fun and a perfect way to spend a beautiful fall day.

Catching Up

I have been away from blogging for way to long and have so much to share. At the end of July we moved into a new house just down the road. We actually switched houses with our land lord. The house is very nice and gives us a lot more room. Which is good since we are expecting baby #2 in February. Charlotte and the new baby will be exactly 2
years apart. We are really excited about this new addition to our family. Charlotte is changing and growing every day. She is talking so much more and has quit the personality. Below are some recent pictures and a few fun facts about Charlotte.

She is really likes trucks and babies and points them out everywhere we go.
She calls every small fuzzy animal a puppy.
She loves to read and play with chalk and bubbles. We will often find her laying in the middle of the driveway waiting for us to trace her with chalk.
If you ask her where we are going she always says "pool". This must have been her favorite thing we did over the summer.
Every time the phone rings she says "that daddy".
She enthusiastically tells people "Hey" everywhere we go.
She loves to eat ketchup with everything.
She brings us so much joy!!
